Refund policy
We do not accept returns for change of mind. We only accept returns for faulty products.
If your item is damaged, we will offer a replacement, or a refund and let you keep the item without having to ship it back.
Send us an email at support@harmonyhomeoffice.com, within 14 days of receiving the damaged item with a photo of the damaged item.
Let us know if you want a replacement or a refund.
